Ingredients
  

200 g pasta (any type)
1 cup (240 ml) milk
1/2 cup (50 g) grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp (30 g) butter
1 tsp (5 g) garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp (15 g) chopped parsley

Method
 

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente; drain.
    Melt butter; sauté garlic 1 min.
      Add milk; simmer gently.
        Add parmesan; stir until thickened.
          Add pasta; toss to coat.
            Season with salt & pepper; garnish with parsley.
              Serve immediately.
