
Veg Biryani
Flavorful and aromatic vegetable biryani made with basmati rice, mixed vegetables, and traditional spices. Perfect main course for lunch or dinner.

Wash rice and soak 20 min; drain.
Heat oil, sauté onions until golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste; cook 1–2 min.
Add tomato, turmeric, chili, salt; cook 2–3 min.
Add vegetables; stir fry 3–4 min.
Add rice and water; cook covered 15–20 min until rice is fluffy.
Sprinkle garam masala, mint, coriander; mix lightly.
Serve hot with raita.
