Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; drain, reserve some pasta water.
Heat olive oil; sauté garlic until golden.
Add chili flakes and cooked spaghetti.
Toss with parsley; add little pasta water if dry.
Serve warm with grated cheese if desired.
