Ingredients
  

200 g spaghetti
3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
4 garlic cloves (12 g), thinly sliced
1/2 tsp (2 g) chili flakes
1/2 tsp (2 g) salt
2 tbsp (10 g) chopped parsley

Equipment

  • Strainer
  • Pot

Method
 

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; drain, reserve some pasta water.
    Heat olive oil; sauté garlic until golden.
      Add chili flakes and cooked spaghetti.
        Toss with parsley; add little pasta water if dry.
          Serve warm with grated cheese if desired.
