Ingredients
  

2 pizza bases (400 g)
250 g cooked butter chicken (boneless pieces in sauce)
1 cup (100 g) mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 onion (40 g), sliced
1/2 capsicum (40 g), sliced
1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
Fresh coriander for garnish

Method
 

Preheat oven to 200°C.
    Spread butter chicken gravy lightly over pizza base.
      Add chicken pieces, onion, capsicum.
        Sprinkle mozzarella generously.
          Bake 15–20 min until cheese melts.
            Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
