Ingredients
  

2 burger buns (150 g)
250 g ground beef or chicken
1 onion (80 g), finely chopped
1 egg (50 g)
1/2 tsp (2 g) salt
1/2 tsp (2 g) black pepper
2 slices cheese (40 g)
2 lettuce leaves
1 tomato (100 g), sliced
2 tbsp (30 g) mayonnaise/ketchup

Equipment

  • Grill pan
  • Spoon
  • Spatula

Method
 

Mix meat, onion, egg, salt, and pepper; shape into 2 patties.
    Heat pan/grill; cook patties 6–7 min each side until done.
      Toast buns lightly.
        Layer bun base → lettuce → patty → cheese → tomato → sauce → top bun.
          Serve hot.
