Ingredients
  

2 packs instant ramen noodles (150 g)
1 onion (80 g), sliced
1 tomato (100 g), chopped
1/2 capsicum (40 g), sliced
1 green chili (5 g), chopped
1 tsp (5 g) garam masala
1 tsp (5 g) chili powder
2 tbsp (30 ml) oil
Salt to taste

Method
 

Heat oil; sauté onion, tomato, capsicum, and chili.
    Add masalas and salt; cook 2 min.
      Add 3 cups (700 ml) water; bring to boil.
        Add ramen noodles and seasoning packet.
          Cook 3–4 min until noodles soft.
            Serve hot with garnish of coriander.

              Notes: Add boiled egg or paneer for extra protein.
