Ingredients
  

500 g minced lamb or beef
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, diced
1 cup peas
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp thyme
3 cups mashed potatoes
2 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

Cook meat with onion, carrots, peas, tomato paste, and thyme.
    Spread mixture in baking dish.
      Top with mashed potatoes and butter.
        Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25 mins until golden.
          Serve warm.
