Ingredients
  

1 1/2 cups (180 g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp (5 g) instant yeast
1/2 tsp (3 g) salt
1/2 cup (120 ml) warm water
1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
1/2 cup (120 g) tomato sauce
1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
5–6 fresh basil leaves

Method
 

Mix flour, yeast, and salt; add warm water and oil. Knead 5–7 min until smooth.
    Cover and let dough rise 1 hour.
      Preheat oven to 220°C.
        Roll dough into 2 medium rounds; place on baking tray.
          Spread tomato sauce evenly; top with mozzarella and basil.
            Bake 12–15 min until crust is golden and cheese melts.
              Slice and serve hot.
