Ingredients
  

100 g dark chocolate
1/2 cup (115 g) butter
2 eggs + 2 yolks (120 g)
1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
1/4 cup (30 g) all-purpose flour
Butter and flour for greasing ramekins

Method
 

Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease ramekins.
    Melt chocolate and butter together.
      Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until thick.
        Fold in melted chocolate mixture.
          Add flour; mix gently.
            Pour into ramekins; bake 12 min until edges set but center soft.
              Invert on plates and serve warm.
