Ingredients
  

1 cup (100 g) broccoli florets
1 carrot (60 g), sliced
1 bell pepper (120 g), sliced
2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
1 tsp (5 g) garlic, minced

Method
 

Heat oil in wok, sauté garlic 1 min.
    Add carrot, pepper, broccoli; stir fry 5–7 min.
      Pour soy sauce; toss and cook 2 more min.
        Serve hot with rice or noodles.
