2 slices whole grain bread (60 g)
1 ripe avocado (150 g)
1/4 tsp (1 g) salt
1/4 tsp (1 g) black pepper
1/2 tsp (2 g) lemon juice
Optional: chili flakes, olive oil drizzle

Method
 

Toast bread slices until golden.
