Ingredients
  

200 g digestive biscuits (2 cups, crushed)
100 g butter (1/2 cup, melted)
500 g cream cheese (2 cups)
200 g sugar (1 cup)
3 eggs (150 g)
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
200 ml sour cream (3/4 cup)

Method
 

Preheat oven to 160°C.
    Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter; press into cake tin base.
      Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
        Add eggs one at a time; fold in sour cream.
          Pour mixture over crust; bake 50 mins.
            Chill 4 hrs before serving.
