Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium potatoes about 350 g, boiled & mashed
  • ½ cup 60 g grated mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp cornflour mixed in ¼ cup water
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Mix mashed potatoes, cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape into small cylinders or balls.
  3. Dip in cornflour slurry, coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Deep-fry till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with dip or ketchup.
