500 g large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 lemon, halved
Salt to taste
Cocktail sauce (ketchup + horseradish + lemon juice + Worcestershire sauce)

Method
 

Boil shrimp with salt and lemon for 3–4 mins until pink.
    Drain and chill in refrigerator.
