Ingredients
  

1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
1 tbsp (15 g) sugar
1 tsp (5 g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (2 g) baking soda
1/4 tsp (1 g) salt
1 cup (240 ml) milk
1 egg (50 g)
1 tbsp (15 ml) melted butter

Method
 

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
    In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and butter.
      Combine wet and dry ingredients; mix gently.
        Heat a pan; pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
          Cook until bubbles appear; flip and cook other side.
            Serve warm with syrup or fruits
