Ingredients
  

6 small tortillas (120 g)
250 g ground chicken or beef
1 onion (80 g), chopped
1 tomato (100 g), chopped
1/2 cup (50 g) lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup (50 g) cheese, grated
2 tbsp (30 g) taco seasoning
2 tbsp (30 ml) oil
Salt to taste

Equipment

Method
 

Heat oil in a pan; sauté onion until soft.
    Add ground meat and cook until browned.
      Stir in taco seasoning, tomatoes, and salt; cook 5 min.
        Warm tortillas on skillet.
          Fill each tortilla with meat mixture, lettuce, and cheese.
            Fold and serve hot.
