Ingredients
  

1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
1 tbsp (12 g) sugar
1 tsp (4 g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (2 g) salt
1 ripe banana (~120 g)
1 large egg (50 g)
1 cup (240 ml) milk
2 tbsp (30 g) melted butter

Method
 

Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt).
    Mash banana; add egg, milk, melted butter.
      Whisk to smooth batter.
        Heat non-stick pan; pour 1/4 cup per pancake.
          Cook 2–3 min per side until golden.
            Makes 6 pancakes; serve with honey/maple syrup.

              Notes

              Notes / Variations: Use whole wheat flour for healthier option.
              Storage: Batter can be refrigerated 1 day
