Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower cut into small florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into a smooth batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and shake off excess.
  4. Arrange on the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  6. Brush the hot cauliflower bites with the sauce.
  7. Bake again for 5 minutes to set the glaze.
  8. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dip.

Notes

💡Notes
For extra crispiness: bake 5–7 minutes more.
For gluten-free: replace flour with rice flour.
