- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into a smooth batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and shake off excess.
- Arrange on the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Brush the hot cauliflower bites with the sauce.
- Bake again for 5 minutes to set the glaze.
- Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dip.
