- Marinate Chicken:
- Add chicken to a bowl with buttermilk and rest for 10 minutes.
- Prepare Coating:
- Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.
- Coat:
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat each piece in the flour mixture.
- Fry:
- Heat oil and fry chicken on medium heat for 3–4 mins until golden and crispy.
- Make Buffalo Sauce:
- Melt butter, add hot sauce, honey, and chili flakes. Mix well.
- Coat Chicken:
- Toss the fried chicken bites in the warm buffalo sauce.
- Serve:
- Hot with ranch or blue cheese dip.
