Ingredients
  

For Chicken:
  • 400 g boneless chicken pieces bite-sized
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Oil for frying
For Buffalo Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup hot sauce Frank’s style
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Marinate Chicken:
  2. Add chicken to a bowl with buttermilk and rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare Coating:
  4. Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.
  5. Coat:
  6. Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat each piece in the flour mixture.
  7. Fry:
  8. Heat oil and fry chicken on medium heat for 3–4 mins until golden and crispy.
  9. Make Buffalo Sauce:
  10. Melt butter, add hot sauce, honey, and chili flakes. Mix well.
  11. Coat Chicken:
  12. Toss the fried chicken bites in the warm buffalo sauce.
  13. Serve:
  14. Hot with ranch or blue cheese dip.

Notes

💡Notes
Air fryer option: 200°C for 15–18 minutes, spray oil lightly.
Make it spicier by adding extra chili flakes or cayenne.
