Prep Wings: Pat chicken wings dry. In a bowl, toss with flour, salt, and pepper until lightly coated.
Fry: Heat oil to 175°C (350°F). Fry wings in batches for 10–12 minutes until crispy and golden.
Make Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Add hot sauce and honey; stir until smooth.
Toss Wings: Remove wings, drain on paper towel, then toss in sauce until evenly coated.
Serve: Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
Notes
For healthier version, bake at 220°C (425°F) for 35–40 minutes or air fry for 25 minutes.
Adjust hot sauce and honey for spice control.
