- Season Shrimp:
- In a bowl, combine shrimp with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook Shrimp:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and lightly charred. Remove from heat.
- Prepare Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, lime juice, cilantro, honey, and salt.
- Warm Tortillas:
- Heat tortillas in a dry skillet for 20–30 seconds each until soft.
- Assemble Tacos:
- Add lettuce/cabbage to tortillas → place shrimp → drizzle sauce → top with onion and corn (optional).
- Serve Immediately.

💡Notes
Don’t overcook shrimp — they become rubbery.
You can replace mayonnaise with only yogurt for lighter version.
