Ingredients
  

2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
125 g fresh mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a plate.
    Tuck basil leaves in between.
      Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
        Serve fresh.
