Ingredients
  

200 g minced chicken
1 cup (100 g) cabbage, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
Dumpling wrappers (store-bought or homemade)

Method
 

Mix chicken, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt in a bowl.
    Place 1 tsp filling in the center of each wrapper.
      Fold and seal edges with water.
        Steam for 10–12 mins OR pan-fry for crispy bottoms.
          Serve hot with soy dipping sauce.
