- Preheat Oven: Set to 180°C (350°F). Grease baking pan and line with parchment paper.
- Prepare Brownie Batter: Melt butter, mix with sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt.
- Bake: Pour into pan and bake for 20–25 minutes. Do not overbake — center should be slightly fudgy.
- Cool & Cut: Let cool completely, then cut into squares.
- Assemble Sundae: Place brownie square in bowl, top with ice cream, drizzle hot fudge, add whipped cream and nuts.
Notes
For extra fudgy texture, underbake slightly and chill before cutting.
Add chocolate chunks to the batter for double chocolate flavor.
