- Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado. Boil eggs and cook chicken and bacon if not already done.
- Arrange the Salad: In a large bowl, create neat rows of lettuce, chicken, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, and blue cheese.
- Make the Dressing: Whisk olive oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.

Notes
For a vegetarian version, skip bacon and chicken and add roasted chickpeas or tofu.
You can use ranch or balsamic vinaigrette for a different flavor twist.
