Ingredients
  

For the Salad:
  • 3 cups 120 g chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium avocado diced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs sliced
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • ½ cup 75 g cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 2 strips cooked bacon crumbled
  • ¼ cup 40 g blue cheese, crumbled
  • ½ small cucumber sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Dressing:
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp honey
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado. Boil eggs and cook chicken and bacon if not already done.
  2. Arrange the Salad: In a large bowl, create neat rows of lettuce, chicken, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, and blue cheese.
  3. Make the Dressing: Whisk olive oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Toss or Drizzle: Pour dressing over salad right before serving. Toss lightly to coat.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, skip bacon and chicken and add roasted chickpeas or tofu.
You can use ranch or balsamic vinaigrette for a different flavor twist.
