- Cook Pasta:
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Add salt and pasta. Cook until tender (8–10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Start the Sauce:
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.
- Creamy Base:
- Add heavy cream and stir continuously. Let it warm for 1–2 minutes.
- Add Cheese:
- Add parmesan and stir until fully melted and smooth. Add little milk if sauce becomes too thick.
- Add Crab:
- Gently fold in the crab meat. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let it cook 1–2 minutes.
- Combine:
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve:
- Plate, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Do not boil sauce after adding cheese — it splits.
