Ingredients
  

For the Pasta:
  • 200 g fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp salt for boiling water
For the Alfredo Sauce & Crab:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves finely minced
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup whole milk optional to adjust thickness
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 200 g cooked crab meat fresh or canned, drained well
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley plus extra for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook Pasta:
  2. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add salt and pasta. Cook until tender (8–10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. Start the Sauce:
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  5. Creamy Base:
  6. Add heavy cream and stir continuously. Let it warm for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Add Cheese:
  8. Add parmesan and stir until fully melted and smooth. Add little milk if sauce becomes too thick.
  9. Add Crab:
  10. Gently fold in the crab meat. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let it cook 1–2 minutes.
  11. Combine:
  12. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  13. Serve:
  14. Plate, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

💡Notes
Use fresh or high-quality canned crab for best flavor.
Do not boil sauce after adding cheese — it splits.
