- Prep Avocados: Slice each avocado into thick wedges.
- Season Flour: Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Set Breading:
- Bowl 1 → seasoned flour
- Bowl 2 → beaten eggs
- Bowl 3 → panko + parmesan
- Coat: Dip each avocado wedge in flour → egg → panko.
- Bake: Arrange on a lined tray, spray lightly with oil, and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Serve: Enjoy hot with spicy mayo or garlic yogurt dip
