1 cup (240 g) Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, grated & squeezed
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dill or mint
Salt to taste
Pita bread for serving

Method
 

Mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and dill.
    Chill for 30 mins.
