Ingredients
  

2 chicken breasts (400 g)
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
1 tsp (5 g) paprika
1/2 tsp (2 g) black pepper
1/2 tsp (2 g) salt
2 garlic cloves (6 g), minced

Equipment

  • Grill pan
  • Tongs
  • Bowl
  • knife

Method
 

Mix oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
    Coat chicken breasts with marinade; rest 30 min.
      Preheat grill; cook chicken 8–10 min each side until done.
        Rest for 5 min before slicing.
          Serve hot with salad or rice.
