- Prep Steak: Bring steaks to room temperature. Pat dry with paper towel.
- Season: Rub olive oil, salt, and pepper evenly over both sides.
- Grill: Preheat grill pan on high. Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side (medium-rare) or until preferred doneness.
- Make Garlic Butter: In a small pan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook 30 sec until fragrant. Stir in parsley and lemon juice.
- Rest & Serve: Let steaks rest 5 minutes. Pour garlic butter over top before serving.
Notes
Always rest steaks after grilling — it keeps them juicy.
For added flavor, mix a little soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce into the butter.
