Homemade Decaf Coffee

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 240 ml filtered water
  • 2 tbsp ground decaffeinated coffee beans
  • 1 –2 tsp sugar or sweetener optional
  • 2 tbsp milk or non-dairy milk optional
  • A pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat Water: Bring filtered water to about 90–95°C (not boiling).
  2. Add Coffee Grounds: Place 2 tbsp of decaf ground coffee into your coffee maker or French press.
  3. Brew: Pour hot water over the grounds and let it steep for 4–5 minutes.
  4. Strain: Press or filter the coffee into a mug.
  5. Customize: Add milk, sugar, or spices to taste.
  6. Serve: Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa for a cozy touch and serve hot.
