- Preheat Oven: Set to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease your baking dish.
- Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate Chicken: Coat chicken pieces well and let rest for at least 15–30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
- Bake: Place chicken skin-side up in baking dish, pour leftover marinade over it, and bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Glaze: Halfway through, spoon pan juices over chicken to enhance shine and flavor.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted veggies.
Notes
For crispier skin, broil the chicken for 2–3 minutes at the end.
Substitute chicken thighs with drumsticks or breasts as desired.
