Ingredients
  

4 cups (960 ml) vegetable broth
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
100 g tofu, cubed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp chili paste
1 tbsp cornflour slurry
Salt & pepper to taste
Spring onions for garnish

Method
 

Boil broth, add mushrooms and tofu.
    Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, chili paste.
      Add cornflour slurry to thicken.
