- Season Shrimp: In a bowl, combine shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix lightly.
- Sear Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden. Remove from pan.
- Make Sauce: Lower heat to medium. Add butter to the same pan. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté 30–40 seconds until fragrant (do not burn).
- Add Flavor: Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, and parsley.
- Finish: Return cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss in the sauce for 1 minute.
- Serve Hot: Plate and finish with extra parsley + a lemon slice.
