Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole corn cobs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream / Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup 25 g cotija or parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Method
 

  1. Grill corn on medium heat until lightly charred.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and salt to make the sauce.
  3. Brush the sauce over hot corn.
  4. Sprinkle with cotija/parmesan, chili powder, and coriander.
  5. Serve immediately as a flavorful snack.
