- Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Salmon: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes until crisp.
- Flip and Finish: Gently flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
- Make the Herb Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, dill, and cream. Cook for 1 minute, then season to taste.
- Serve: Pour the herb sauce over the salmon and serve hot with lemon wedges.
