- Prepare Marinade:
- Blend together olive oil, red chilies, paprika, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Marinate Chicken:
- Coat the chicken pieces evenly with the Peri Peri sauce. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best flavor).
- Cook the Chicken:
- Preheat grill or oven to 200°C (400°F). Grill or bake the chicken for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway and basting with butter.
- Finish:
- When cooked, brush once more with leftover marinade and grill for 3–5 minutes until slightly charred.
- Serve:
- Plate hot, garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.

Adjust chili according to your spice tolerance.
You can also air-fry the chicken at 180°C for 20–22 minutes.
Save some marinade for dipping sauce.
