- Activate Yeast: Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Rest 5 minutes.
- Make Dough: Add flour, salt, and melted butter. Knead for 5–6 minutes.
- Rest Dough: Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Shape Bites: Divide dough into small pieces. Place a cheese cube inside each piece and seal tightly.
- Prepare Baking Soda Bath: Boil water + baking soda.
- Dip Bites: Drop bites for 20–25 seconds and remove.
- Bake: Place on tray, brush butter, sprinkle salt, bake at 220°C for 12–15 minutes.
- Serve: Hot and melty! Perfect with mustard or cheese dip.
