Ingredients
  

3 large eggs
1/4 cup (40 g) onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup (40 g) tomato, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil or butter

Method
 

Crack eggs into a bowl, whisk well with salt and spices.
    Add onion, tomato, chili, and coriander, mix thoroughly.
      Heat oil/butter in a pan, pour the mixture, spread evenly.
        Cook until one side is golden, flip and cook for 1–2 mins.
          Serve hot with bread, toast, or paratha.
