Stuffed Paratha with Yoghurt

Stuffed parathas are one of the most loved Indian breakfasts, enjoyed across households and dhabas. These whole-wheat flatbreads are stuffed with spiced fillings like potato, paneer, or cauliflower, cooked on a hot griddle with ghee or oil until crispy and golden. Ingredients
  

2 cups (250 g) whole wheat flour
Water as needed
Pinch of salt
2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 green chili, chopped
1/4 cup (30 g) onion, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste

Method
 

Knead a soft dough with flour, salt, and water. Rest 15 mins.
    Mix stuffing ingredients in a bowl.
      Roll small dough balls, fill with stuffing, and seal.
        Roll out gently and cook on a hot griddle with ghee/oil.
          Serve hot with yogurt and pickle.
