Ingredients
  

200 g shrimp or chicken
4 cups (960 ml) chicken broth
2 stalks lemongrass, cut into 2-inch pieces
3 kaffir lime leaves
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
2–3 Thai chilies
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
Fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Bring chicken broth to a boil, add lemongrass and lime leaves.
    Add mushrooms, shrimp/chicken, and chilies. Cook 5–7 mins.
      Stir in fish sauce and lime juice.
        Garnish with cilantro, serve hot.
