- Press tofu to remove extra water.
- Season slices with salt & pepper.
- Coat tofu in flour → dip in milk → coat in panko.
- Heat oil and fry until golden crisp on both sides.
- Mix sauce ingredients and drizzle over the tofu.
- Serve with rice or cabbage salad.

For extra crisp, double-coat in panko.
Air-fry: 190°C for 15 minutes.
